CRIS is a leading charity in terms of project management, delivery and evaluation. It is frequently cited by funders as a flexible, approachable organisation that is easy to work with. In particular, all work is delivered with an emphasis on achieving or exceeding outcomes coupled with precise, detailed reporting practices.
In the past five years CRIS has managed or coordinated the following large scale, multi-annual projects:
- “Whole School Community Approaches” (Strand 1 and Additional Assistance) – 2009 – 2013: IFI (International Fund for Ireland) Community Bridges Programme
- “Changemakers” – 2010-2013: IFI (International Fund for Ireland) Sharing in Education Project through the Department of Education. This project was delivered in partnership with NICE (Northern Ireland Children’s Enterprise) and YMCA Belfast.
- “ARC (Active Respectful Communities) Shankill and Ardoyne Together” – 2011 – 2014: AP/ OFMDFM (Atlantic Philanthropies and Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister) Contested Spaces Programme
- “We CAN Make a Difference” – Schools Project 2012-2013: CAN (Carrickfergus, Antrim and Newtownabbey) Peace III SEUPB Programme. This project was delivered on behalf of the CAN Partnership and NEELB (North Eastern Education and Library Board).
