About the event
2023/24 second meeting of our Early Years/Foundation Stage Shared Learning Network as part of the NEST partnership.Â
This training will focus on how you can use the Solihull Approach in your work, and is very kindly being facilitated by our friends at Rathcoole Primary School & Nursery Unit.
The Solihull Approach supports mental health and wellbeing in parents, children, schools, older adults and high stress workplaces through an evidence based model. The model is now used in most areas of the UK with many projects across the world, applied from midwives, health visitors, family workers, foster carers, social workers and teachers to firefighters and prison officers and in homes, hospitals, clinics, companies, schools and prisons. The model is about the fundamentals of life…how we relate to each other, how we process our emotions and how knowing about this makes a difference.
Lunch will be provided for you on the day. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.Â
Demand for spaces is high - please only register a place if you are planning on attending yourself, rather than registering places for a colleague.Â
