Walk the Programme: CRIS Associate Training Week 2025

Building Team. Learning the Work. Step Into the Experience.

Experience the work before delivering it — step into the shoes of the young people we serve.

CRIS is delighted to invite all current and newly recruited Associates to our immersive Associate Training Week — a dynamic, hands-on programme designed to build your confidence, connection, and capacity in peacebuilding and Good Relations education with children and young people.Whether you're stepping into CRIS for the first time or already part of our Associate team, this training week offers a unique opportunity to grow, connect, and deepen your practice.

For new Associates, it’s the essential first step in your development journey — laying the groundwork for shadowing, co-facilitation, and future delivery. Participation in the training week also gives you priority access to shadowing opportunities scheduled for the new school year — an exciting next step in gaining hands-on experience and building your confidence in the field.

For existing Associates, it’s a chance to refresh your skills, experience new programme content, and strengthen connections across the team as we prepare for the year ahead. This four-day training offers a step-by-step experience of our core programmes across all Primary School Key Stages.

Associates can opt in to attend specific day(s) based on their preferred age group or area of interest, with limited places available each day.
