Everyday Peacebuilding Family Fun Day 2025

Students and their buddies from six North Belfast Everyday Peacebuilding primary schools met together for a day of fun at Girdwood Community Hub on 17 May. Children enjoyed face painting, arts & crafts, inflatables, balloon art, and more as they got to meet up with their buddies from the years' Shared Education programmes. Students could also participate in breakdancing sessions or gathering drum sessions with Paul Ashford of Beyond Skin and Darren at The Gathering Drum. CRIS is grateful to Dale Farm for their donation of Sukie juice boxes and ice cream, which helped make the day an even sweeter success!
